Warren Goodman

Warren Goodman is a highly regarded senior counsel and trusted advisor with over 30 years of international corporate and commercial law experience, specializing in M&A, joint ventures, commercial contracts, financing, project financing, infrastructure projects, business development, negotiation, project management, team management, litigation management, and mediation.
