Warren Botha

Warren Botha is an accomplished finance professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in the financial sector.

He holds a BAccounting (Honours) degree in Financial Accounting and a BAccounting degree in Financial Accounting from Stellenbosch University. Additionally, he obtained the CA (SA) qualification from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).

Warren has held various key roles at Old Mutual Limited, showcasing his expertise and leadership in finance transformation, project implementation, governance, audit, regulatory reporting, technical accounting, and more.

He served as the former Head of Finance Transformation, Senior Finance Manager for Finance Projects, Head of Governance and Audit, Interim Head of Balance Sheet Accounting, Head of Finance Governance, Head of plc Group Finance Operations, Head of Regulatory Reporting, Group Technical Accountant, and Senior Financial Accountant at Old Mutual entities.

Prior to his roles at Old Mutual, Warren gained valuable experience as an Audit Supervisor & Assistant Manager at Ernst & Young, further enhancing his skills and knowledge in financial management.
