Warren Bath is a highly accomplished professional in the field of structural integrity and motorsport engineering. With a Master of Science (MSc) in Structural Integrity and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Motorsport Engineering with Professional Development, both recognized with Distinction and First Class Honors, respectively, from Brunel University London, Warren has built a rich education background that perfectly aligns with his work interests.

Warren's journey started as an Advanced Technician at SEAT. After that, he moved on to hold key positions of Mechanical Design Intern at SBM Offshore, Numerical Modelling and Optimization, and Innovation Project Leader, Senior Innovation Project Leader, and Team Manager - Business/Financial Analysis at TWI, one of Europe's foremost organisations in materials science and engineering. Currently, Warren is the Group Manager - Innovation and Skills at TWI, where he leads the mission of the Innovation and Skills Group to help develop people, technology, and infrastructure to better serve TWI's members and Innovation Network.

His expertise revolves around a deep knowledge of structural integrity and the ability to assist TWI members and Innovation Networks to remain at the forefront of their fields by obtaining grants to leverage R&D funds. His innovative mindset and management skills have made Waren instrumental in the provision of access to state-of-the-art equipment, facilities, and serviced office space in enabling development. His continuing support to supply a talent pool of postgraduates to support the growth of the engineering industry is exceptional.
