Walker Brown

Walker Brown is a seasoned professional in sourcing and originating various types of investments in commercial real estate, including Bridge, CMBS, Mezzanine, Preferred Equity, and Equity, with a prominent focus on the Southeast region.

His educational background includes studying Hospitality Management at the University of Mississippi and attending The Webb School as well as The Westminster Schools.

Currently, he serves as the Managing Director and Head of the Southeast at 3650 REIT, following his previous roles as the Managing Director of Origination at Ladder Capital Finance LLC, Managing Director at Benefit Street Partners, CRE at Providence Equity Partners, Managing Director at Cantor Commercial Real Estate at Cantor Fitzgerald, and an Associate in Global Markets and Investment Banking, FICC at Merrill Lynch.
