    With experience as a Research Specialist at the University of Pennsylvania and a former Early Drug Discovery Neuroscience Co-Op at Merck, Wai-Kit Chia has honed his skills in research, development, and scientific inquiry.

    His diverse roles, including being a Fellow at America Needs You, NAACP STEM Program Assistant at NAACP, EOF/SSS Tutor at Rutgers Student Access and Educational Equity, and Undergraduate Research Assistant at Rutgers University, have provided him with a breadth of experience and a well-rounded perspective.
