Doug Waffle is an experienced IT professional with a history of providing exceptional support to clients in the areas of application management, training, and troubleshooting. With over a decade in the field, Waffle has primarily focused on Windows environments, bringing his expertise to bear on myriad technical challenges.

His career began at Quaker Oats in Chicago, where he served as a Sr. Systems Analyst before moving on to roles of increasing responsibility at organizations such as Circadence Corp. and Rocky Mountain HMC. He has performed a variety of IT roles on his way to becoming a Lead NOC Administrator, and he now leverages his deep knowledge to help corporations optimize their system functionality.

Waffle has acted as both a consultant and an applications administrator across a range of health care IT organizations. At Health Language, Inc., he worked on tech consulting and systems administration. He did the same at AxisPoint Health, formerly a McKesson division, where he was also a Sr. Technical Product Engineer. Additionally, he has served as a Technical Support Engineer for the NASA region at SDL in Superior, Colorado.

Waffle holds degrees from Eastern Michigan University and Michigan State University, where he studied information systems and marketing, respectively. With a strong work ethic and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly, Waffle has become an invaluable member of every team he has joined.
