Wade Lucas is a notable figure in the world of publishing with broad experience in author representation and speaker relations. Before joining BookBub, Lucas spent a significant portion of his career at the Penguin Random House Speakers Bureau, where he served as both Senior and Agent Director, helping authors navigate their way into speaking opportunities.

Lucas has also had experience as a Senior Associate at HarperCollins Publishers and began his journey in publishing in their Speakers Bureau division. During his tenure at HarperCollins, he held different roles, including Speakers Bureau Associate and Speakers Bureau Assistant, where he worked closely with the team in booking engagements and ensuring smooth operations.
