His tenure at Klymit as a Product Designer and Category Development Manager further exemplifies his expertise, where he was instrumental in leading product design initiatives that enhanced consumer engagement and satisfaction.
Before his impactful roles, Wade supported multiple organizations in diverse capacities. As a freelance designer at Speckled Ave, he acquired a wealth of experience tailoring unique design solutions for individual clients. His leadership qualities and creative vision were exercised as Design Lead at True Leaf Market / Mountain Valley Seed, where he was integral in shaping the aesthetics and usability of products aimed at promoting sustainable gardening and agriculture.
Throughout his career, Wade’s hands-on design experience has been complemented by internships that laid the groundwork for his professional development. His internships included the product design of composite materials at FiberglassSupply and working with milled and casting processes at Wild West Designs.
