Vyas Ramanan

Vyas Ramanan is a professional with a diverse background in biotech, packers, sours, and a love for puns, who faced a challenging moment being booed at his thesis defense. His educational journey includes earning a PhD in Medical Engineering Medical Physics from the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology, a MSE in Bioengineering, a BSE in Bioengineering, and a BS in Economics (Statistics, Management) from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Throughout his career, Vyas has been involved in various capacities at renowned organizations. He has held roles such as Board Observer, Venture Partner, Principal, R&D, and Senior Associate at firms like Marea Therapeutics, Third Rock Ventures, and Maze Therapeutics. Additionally, he has contributed his expertise as a PhD Candidate at the Laboratory for Multiscale Regenerative Technologies at the Institute for Medical Engineering and Science (IMES) at MIT, as well as in research roles at the University of Pennsylvania and Lux Capital.
