Previously, at eBay, Vy served as the Executive Assistant to the SVP & GM of Commerce Technologies, where her organizational prowess was essential in coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and facilitating communications across multiple departments. At PayPal, she held a similar position supporting the SVP of Strategy & Business Development, leveraging her strategic insight to assist in various operational functions.
Earlier in her career, Vy worked in the educational sector as a Purchasing Professional and Assistant to the Head of Purchasing Services at the Santa Clara County Office of Education. There, she developed her skills in sourcing, procurement, and vendor management. Furthermore, as an Assistant to the Curriculum and Instruction Director, she was involved in strategic planning and implementation of educational programs, showcasing her versatility and adaptability across different domains.
Vy’s journey began at Exodus Communications as a Customer Support Specialist, where she honed her communication skills and learned the fundamentals of customer relations.
