Ira Vouk, MBA

Ira Vouk is a seasoned tech innovator with almost twenty years of practical experience in the hospitality industry. He is known for his deep passion for technology and his contributions to the innovations in hospitality technology, as well as consulting, coaching, teaching, and constantly learning and growing as a professional and an innovator.

Vouk has co-founded an RMS analytics company iRates, which was recently acquired by iQware Inc. He has also developed the ARPAR index, a new performance metric for profit maximization, and served as board of directors member and Director of Technology at HSMAI/San Diego chapter.

Vouk has helped build and bring to market the Pricing Intelligence Engine (PIE) by Cloudbeds, which has become the fastest growing RMS in the history of hospitality. His expertise has been recognized by various organizations and publications, and he is a certified Scrum Product Owner, Revenue Management Executive, Hospitality Administrator, and Hospitality Sales Professional.

With a diverse educational background and experience, Vouk applies his knowledge to the #hospitalitytech industry and comes up with many innovative ideas. He is currently a board member at Center for Hospitality Research - Cornell SHA at Cornell School of Hotel Administration and serves as an advisory board member at Cornell CHR @ School of Hotel Administration.
