Volodymyr Yelchev is a seasoned professional leading the CoE Critical Services department at SoftServe, specializing in Security, Cloud, and DevOps consulting and implementation services.
Over the past 3 years, he has spearheaded the development of Cloud & DevOps competencies, expanding expertise across AWS, GCP, Azure, and Hybrid technologies.
Under his leadership, the department has grown from 15 to over 170 experts, successfully delivering 200+ consulting projects for ISV and Enterprise clients.
Volodymyr has played a pivotal role in securing Premier partnerships with GCP, AWS, multiple Gold partnerships with Microsoft, as well as developing partnerships with vmWare and other key players in the industry.
His focus has been on cultivating top-tier teams of Security and Cloud experts across Eastern Europe, with operations expanding to the USA, EU, Middle East, and Singapore regions.
He has been instrumental in establishing mature cloud services to effectively manage client production environments on the cloud while continuously seeking opportunities for enhancement and growth.
Currently, his efforts are directed towards enhancing SoftServe's capabilities within the Enterprise market by offering advisory technology services and developing hybrid cloud solutions like Anthos, Outpost, OpenShift, and Azure stack.
His key achievements include tripling revenue over 3 consecutive years, driving technology competency within the company with his group contributing 33% of the total Cloud and DevOps revenue, introducing over 10 service offerings, delivering 200+ successful projects, and maintaining win rates above 50%.
In terms of education, Volodymyr studied for an Engineer's degree specializing in Control Automation Systems at State University 'Lviv Polytechnics'.
