Vladislav Rutskiy is a seasoned expert in blockchain technologies and cryptocurrencies economics. With a Ph.D. in Economics from Radboud University and a Master's degree in Mathematical Modeling, he has a strong academic foundation. Rutskiy has worked as an Associate Professor at Siberian Federal University, a Post-Doctoral Researcher at Radboud Universiteit and a Business Development Manager at 53 Ltd. He also served as International representative at Resource center «Space vehicles and systems». Currently, he is the Director for Strategy and Communications at SIMT Center aimed at developing long-term business relationships and promotes the company's technical solutions that include ERM and CRM systems, quality assurance service, custom software service. In addition, he is researching, developing and implementing blockchain technologies into business practice, and searching for investments for projects using blockchain technologies. He also lectures on blockchain technologies and cryptocurrencies economics. Rutskiy seeks new international business opportunities (EMEA&APEC regions) for the development and promotion of various IT services and products including software development, AI and machine learning.
