Vladimir Vereskoun

Vladimir Vereskoun is a prominent figure in the finance and legal sectors, currently serving as a Partner at Silvercliff Capital since September 2015. He is based in Singapore and specializes in transactional, legal, and corporate finance advisory, focusing on investment, financing, and business development projects across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions. His areas of expertise include corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity (PE), venture capital (VC), as well as sectors like energy and infrastructure.1

In addition to his role at Silvercliff Capital, Vereskoun is the Chief Legal Officer at Fingular, a position he has held since August 2021, and he co-founded Trustle, a legal knowledge marketplace, in February 2019. His previous experience includes eight years at Baker Botts LLP, where he focused on M&A, PE/VC, and energy sectors, contributing to significant projects in various industries including technology, media, and real estate.1

Vereskoun holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Trade Law from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and has completed Level 1 of the CFA program. He is proficient in English and has limited proficiency in French.1
