Vladimir Varnavskii

Vladimir Varnavskii is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with over 15 years of experience in scaling businesses and building dynamic international teams. A graduate of Voronezh State University with an Engineer's degree in computer science and a Master's degree in management, he furthered his studies with an MBA from INSEAD. Varnavskii's professional journey started as a software developer and consultant with CAAC, followed by a stint as VP of Managerial Accounting, Technology Department Lead at ProdProm. He later branched out and founded Neural Network Technologies, Integrated IT solutions, serving as CEO before joining McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Tink Labs, where he drove growth as Managing Director, and later launched VResorts as Founder and CEO.

Varnavskii's expertise lies in scaling businesses, building high-performing teams, and creating value in fast-paced environments. His management consulting background and experience with start-ups at different stages provide a structured approach to his leadership style.
