Vladimir Popovic

Problem solver and creative leader based in Del Mar, California

Vladimir Popovic boasts over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. He started his career in 2002 and eventually joined the globally-renowned CB Richard Ellis, where he led the Belgrade Residential team for seven years. Vladimir was responsible for managing key clients, including pharmaceutical companies, diplomatic offices, and Fortune 500 companies, involved in large-scale projects such as AirPort City and Global Vozdovac. His success at CB Richard Ellis led to a promotion to Managing Director of Lenex Invest, where he played an influential role in the company's investments. Vladimir then took on the challenge of General Manager for Serbia and Montenegro at Tradeunique, where he successfully managed a multitude of projects from 2013 to 2015. He currently co-manages the established real estate agency, West Properties DOO. Vladimir graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Belgrade.
