Vladimír Hrouda

Vladimír Hrouda, an experienced energy specialist with certification from the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade, has an impressive background in the field. He is skilled at creating Průkaz Energetické Náročnosti Budovy (PENB), preparing expert assessments for grants, and complying with the thermal protection standards specified in ČSN 73 0540. Hrouda has earned two degrees, one in civil engineering from ČVUT Praha and another from SVVŠ Ústí nad Labem. He has worked with Hrouda Ltd as an energy specialist where he processed PENB under Act No. 406/2000 Coll., Authorization Number 1388.
