Vladimir Dugourd

Vladimir Dugourd is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategy, management, lean principles, digital transformation, innovation, and design thinking.

He holds a Master's degree in General Engineering with a specialization in Business Decision Engineering & Management from EPF Ecole d'Ingénieurs, where he also completed undergraduate studies in Mathematics and Physics.

Vladimir has played key roles in various organizations, having co-founded and led Shizen as the Managing Director and Head of Customer Success. He was also a co-founder at 4ème Révolution and has worked in consulting and project management roles at CGI Business Consulting, EPF Engineering School, Sofileta, EPF Projets, Camfil, CORA, and EDF.

His expertise spans areas such as business development, customer success, project management, strategy formulation, and operational efficiency, making him a valuable asset in driving organizational growth and innovation.
