Vladilena pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at the Technical University of Sofia, following her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management at the International Business School (IBS) - Bulgaria.

In terms of professional experience, Vladilena has held various roles in different organizations. She currently serves as a Human Resources Expert at Nexo. Previously, she gained valuable experience at A1 Bulgaria, where she held roles such as Senior Remuneration Specialist, Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist, Compensation and Benefits Specialist, Employment Relations Specialist, and IT Recruiter. Prior to her time at A1 Bulgaria, she worked as a Payroll Specialist and Junior Payroll Specialist at BAND consulting & management Ltd. Additionally, she served as a Recruitment intern at MLS and as a Training Center Administrator at Grand Hotel Sofia.
