Under her leadership, Marco Polo introduced Marco Polo Channels, a video coaching platform that harnesses personal connections and prioritizes users' well-being over data monetization.

Vlada's philosophy emphasizes doing what is right and healthy for the community to create tech products that foster digital wellness and bring people closer together.

She holds educational backgrounds in tech leadership, marketing from Stanford University Graduate School Of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Northwestern University.
