During my time:
- Redesigned the sales process, went from pitching on the first call to a proper discovery with a set of areas to cover before doing a tailored demonstration of our platform based on MEDDICC
- Introduced two different pipelines - SMB and Commercial/Enterprise
- Changed the ownership of follow-up sequences from marketing to sales and redesigned the sequences increasing the conversion rate by 29%
- Dramatically increased the conversion rates on the cold outreach (cold calls and cold video emails)
- Increased revenue from $864K to $2.93 Mil annual recurring revenue (ARR)
- Closed the biggest deal in the company history - $180,000 ARR
- Increased Average Contract Value by 61% to $17,000 ARR
