Vlad Bulkin

Vlad Bulkin is a seasoned professional, currently serving as the Investment Management and Capital Markets Partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.

With a strong background in securities offerings, he represents both issuers and underwriters in a variety of transactions, including IPOs, high-yield bond offerings, and Rule 144A offerings.

In addition to his work in securities offerings, Vlad offers counsel to public companies on corporate governance matters and ensures compliance with various regulations and acts.
