Viviana Siemienowski

Viviana Siemienowski is a professional with a diverse educational background and experience in various roles within HR, marketing, and communications. She holds a Master of Science in International Management from Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) and a Bachelor of Arts in Information Management and Corporate Communications from the University of Applied Sciences Neu-Ulm. She also studied at Universidad de Guadalajara. Viviana currently works as a Junior HR Product Manager focusing on Employer Branding & Diversity and Inclusion at Voith Group. Previously, she held positions such as Marketing Manager/Recruiting and Bachelorandin at Metzner Maschinenbau GmbH. Her experience also includes working as a Marketing and Design student, a Recruiting student, and various internships in marketing and customer communications roles.
