Currently, Vivek works as a Software Engineering Manager on the Google Platform Engineering team at Google. Before that, he was the Software Engineering Manager for the Advanced Technology and Projects Group (ATAP) at Google. Prior to joining Google, Vivek worked as an Android Performance Lead in the Linux Android Snapdragon Platform Group at Qualcomm.

Before Qualcomm, Vivek was a Senior Engineering Manager and Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Motorola. He also worked as a Protocol Design Engineer at Nokia Mobile (now Microsoft) and an Embedded Software Engineer at Hughes Inc.

Vivek's broad skill set and unique blend of people leadership, communication skills, and technical strength have positioned him as a leader in the software engineering field.
