Kaushal is well-versed in managing operations intricacies and has worked with many organizations over the years.

He has previously worked at Udaan.com as part of their Operations team and was responsible for leading many key projects. Before that, he headed the operations team at Moovo.in. He has also trained at the National Metallurgical Laboratory and Steel Authority of India Limited in the past.
