Vittorio Dini

Vittorio Dini is an infrastructure investment professional with a strong background in the renewable energy sector across Europe, North Africa, and North America.

With extensive experience in setting up and structuring NewCOs/SPVs, Vittorio has worked on projects in various countries including Italy, Netherlands, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, Angola, UAE, Kazakhstan, Australia, and the US.

Currently, he holds a key position at Eni New Energy US, leading investments and revenue growth efforts for Eni Plenitude's US renewable energy SPV established in 2020.

Over the past three years, Vittorio has been instrumental in Eni's rapid expansion in the renewable energy market in the US through strategic acquisitions, JVs, and partnerships with Fortune 50 and 100 companies.

His accomplishments include acquisitions of key players in the US market, late-stage development projects, operational portfolios, and assets in various stages of development.

Vittorio Dini has also actively engaged with renowned international law firms, investment banks, and advisors, participating in negotiations involving a range of documents and agreements such as MIPAs, JVAs, vPPAs, and project financing deals.

Furthermore, he has expertise in renegotiating commercial agreements with off-takers and devising energy sale strategies in regulated markets, utilizing different frameworks for asset sales.

Vittorio's educational background includes studies in Management, International Supply Chain Management, and Business Administration at respected institutions such as Rennes School of Business and Università degli Studi di Firenze.

Throughout his career, Vittorio has held key roles at Eni, the Boston Consulting Group, and as a founder and co-founder in various online ventures and organizations, showcasing a diverse set of skills and experience.
