Vítor Andrade
Vítor Andrade is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in leading startup engagement and ecosystem building initiatives in both government and private sectors. He strongly believes in the power of open innovation and the need for companies to collaborate and build ecosystems to deliver more value to customers.
Vítor currently serves as the Managing Director at iDEXO, where he is responsible for building the TOTVS startup ecosystem – the largest technology company in Brazil. Alongside his current role, he has also held various advisory and lecturer positions at Santa Origem, CESAR School, and Oracle.
With his experience in the startup ecosystem, Vítor has also founded and managed Empreendorama, served as the COO at Start-Up Brasil, and worked as the Business Incubation Coordinator at Porto Digital, among others.
Vítor holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Pernambuco, a Master's degree in Business Administration from DeVry Educacional do Brasil, and certificates in Product Management and Private Equity & Venture Capital.
