Vishesh Parikh is an accomplished software developer and technical leader with over two decades of experience in the field. He has worked at some of the biggest names in tech, including Google, Microsoft, Apple, and Intel, contributing to the development of groundbreaking products and services. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Gujarat University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from UC San Diego, he has the educational background to match his extensive professional experience.
During his time at Microsoft, Parikh played an integral role in developing the Fabric Controller, a low-cost, automated, and large-scale computing system, with efficiently managed shared resources. Additionally, he worked in both Bing and Windows Wireless Networking as a key contributor to the development of Microsoft's flagship products. At Apple, Parikh helped build distributed storage and edge network services for iCloud, and he now works on Google Cloud Platform, developing a new cluster architecture.
With over 15 patents in the areas of compilers, distributed systems, wireless networking, and information retrieval (web search), Parikh has gained considerable expertise in product and program management, DevOps, scalable and reliable infrastructure and services, cloud computing, technical leadership, and offshore management. He has also worked with startups, gaining experience in building V1 Cloud services to running data centers.
