Vishal Singh

Vishal Singh brings over 20 years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, and Software Engineering to his current role as the Head of Product/Director of PM at HashiCorp, where he oversees the HashiCorp Cloud Platform. He is a metrics-driven professional who has worked in several prominent areas, including Cloud Engineering and Platforms, Serverless Computing, Large Scale Distributed Web Applications, SDK/APIs, Database technologies, Ad Platforms, Search Engines, Mobile Application Development, Experimentation & A/B Testing, People Directory, Real-Time Communications, Web Conferencing, and Content Management Platforms. Singh is known for his goal-oriented, agile lean development philosophy, and successful track record in delivering multiple products from ideation to delivery with special attention to consumer experience, usability, flighting, performance, analytics, viral adoption, and business ROI. He is an expert in leadership, collaboration, presentation, communications, negotiation, and cross-team skills, and has worked with large development technical, design, and business teams across different geographies.

Singh graduated from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra with a BE in Computer Science and Engineering. Over the years, his career has taken him through various companies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Oracle, Skype, and Microsoft. At AWS, he was the Product Management Lead for AWS Lambda, while at Oracle, he was the Head of Product/Director of PM Autonomous Database. Apart from his current role at HashiCorp, in the past, he has served as a Featured Speaker at Product School.
