Vishal Shettigar is a seasoned talent sourcer with over six years of experience in IT, Legal, Fintech, Sales and Marketing, Creative, Data Science, Heavy Engineering, Energy, Power, Utilities and Human Resources industry. Starting his career as a Customer Service Associate at AffinityX, he then went on to work at Xoriant as a Sourcing Specialist / Recruiter, before joining iPlace USA as a Sourcer and Senior Sourcer, progressing to Lead Sourcer, and culminating as Senior Talent Sourcing Lead at Auritas LLC. He iscurrently serving as a Global Talent Sourcer at Independent Consultant. His sourcing expertise includes but is not limited to advanced internet sourcing techniques such as Boolean logic, X-Ray, and custom search engines, and passive sourcing via LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, Google+, Meetup, blogs, among others.
