•	My work involved handling a team of engineers located in Bangalore and Santa Clara to support an application called Fab300. 

•	This software is used as an MES system in the fabrication, monitoring and archiving process incidences of microchips, right from the silicon wafer stage to the finished microprocessor chip. I worked extensively with clients like Intel, Samsung, and LG, in resolving workflow issues and enhancements of the microchip fabrication process. 

•	The technologies I have been exposed to here are Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) concepts, Workflows, Crystal Reports and Strong C++ and C# programming concepts.

•	I worked in the World Wide Supply Chain Information Technology Team. 

•	My work involved maintaining and supporting Hewlett-Packard’s supply chain applications called SCIB, BuyPower and Spies. 

•	These are HP’s in-house applications written in Perl and operating on the HP-UX environment with Oracle database as the backend. 

•	One of my team’s achievements was to automate the entire process of supply chain right from the purchase order to delivery of the components. 

•	I was actively involved during the implementation stage of the project. 

•	The kinds of technologies I have been exposed to while working on these applications are Informatica, Business Objects, WebI Reports, Strong data warehousing concepts, OLAP Cubes, ETL Fundamentals and Oracle DBA Fundamentals.

•	My work involved working extensively on UNIX Servers and troubleshooting website related problems. 

•	Issues I handled included HTML issues, JSP scripts, CGI-Perl, SSL for e-commerce transactions, Apache Web Server and Tomcat among other web related technologies.
