Building on my experience at M2 Telecommunications, I founded Essene Group which is a B2B sales organisation. Essene Group sells solutions including: Communications (Data, Cloud, Voice and Mobile), Telephone Systems, Business Finance and Printing solutions to Australian businesses of all sizes. As Founder and Director, I have worked on all aspects of the business including lead generation, sales, account management and operations.

M2 Group was a publicly listed telecommunications company with over $1B Revenue which was acquired by Vocus Telecommunications (VOC) in 2016. In this role I was responsible for acquisition of new business in Corporate and Enterprise segments. I used successful business development strategies to generate revenue and build productive relations with existing and prospective clients.

Corporate Sales Executive

Reporting to the Director of Sales I was responsible for servicing and improving operations for M2’s 120+ channel partners. I managed the integration of the partner channel (M2, Primus and Commander) into one streamlined channel under the Commander brand. I also prepared and presented sales reports for the board, executive management and partner channel.

Operations Manager- Channel

Reporting to the Wholesale Director in this role, I was responsible for aligning the operations strategy with business objectives. This included management of the service assurance, provisioning, operations and project management teams. I engaged with suppliers to improve service delivery and conducted service reviews with customers to improve operational efficiency. I also led multiple large-scale business critical projects and implemented plans designed for maximum ROI at the lowest possible costs.

Operations Manager- Wholesale

In this I was responsible for restructuring and integrating the operations division into a newly acquired business. This included project management of system development, supplier, network and billing migrations. I also management of Service Assurance, Customer Service and Provisioning teams.
