Vish M Narendra

Vish M Narendra is a seasoned technology and business leader with an extensive background in IT, business strategy, acquisition integration, and digital business transformation. With a deep and diverse experience spanning multiple domains, including consulting, software development, and manufacturing, Vish has made a name for himself as a board member, startup mentor, community builder, and business strategist.

Currently serving as Senior Vice President and CIO for Graphic Packaging International, a global paper packaging company, Vish is leading the digital transformation of the business through factory automation, supply chain optimization, and sales channel expansion. His efforts are on track to deliver $50MM+ in working capital and margin improvements. Furthermore, Vish has built an e-commerce model for the company that has added ~$1MM in new channel sales and built digital marketing capabilities to capture growth in emerging market segments.

Before joining Graphic Packaging, Vish served in multiple roles at The General Electric Corporation for over 15 years, including an expatriate assignment in Asia as CIO for GE Energy and GE Aviation. He also contributed to GE's $14B acquisition of Alstom, leading the CIO demand management, power generation, services operations, parts and repair service group, and integration.

As a board member, Vish chairs TechBridge Inc, a non-profit organization that delivers innovative technology solutions to break the cycle of poverty. He helmed a national CEO search and provided guidance on compensation, development, and technology committees.

Vish holds an MBA in information management from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a BE in electrical engineering from Anna University.
