Viru Raparthi is a co-founder and Managing Principal at MARV Capital Partners, a boutique investment banking firm and regulated broker-dealer based in New York.14 He has over 28 years of professional experience in the financial and energy services industries.4

Raparthi is an aggressive "Seed/Series A" investor, actively seeking compelling investments in various sectors including Crypto, Credit, Liquidity, ESG, SAAS, and tech domains like FinTech, HealthTech, EduTech, and AI/ML. Prior to co-founding MARV Capital Partners in January 2009, Raparthi worked on the buy-side with Merrill Lynch, primarily in the structured credit area.14 He later joined Rabobank to start their CLO structuring platform, where he was responsible for the primary issuance of CLOs and worked with several issuers in the US and Europe.14
