Virginie Raphael

Virginie Raphael is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in banking, venture capital, and public policy, leveraging over a decade of experience in these fields.

She actively supports founders and funders who aim to solve impactful problems at scale with a strong focus on execution, working closely with challengers to create a healthier and more sustainable world.

As an angel investor and advisor, Virginie collaborates with startups in industries such as health, agtech, and supply chain to help them strategically position and grow their businesses.

Virginie's educational background includes a BA in International Affairs from Sciences Po, an MA in International Business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and further studies in finance at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and business and foreign service at Georgetown University.

She currently serves as a Managing Director at Tusk Strategies/Tusk Ventures and has previous experience as Co-Founder and CEO at Kronos Archives, Vice President at Barclays Capital in Public Finance, Summer Associate at BNP Paribas in Project Finance, and Assistant Attaché at the French Embassy in the Economic Department within the Transportation Group.
