With extensive experience leading teams of 30+ employees across three continents, Virginia has a passion for team leadership and management. Virginia has held several positions of leadership, including Vice President of Operations & Chief of Staff (interim) at Lingokids, Global Head of Partner Operations at Gympass, and Lead, Flexport.org at Flexport. Her expertise in management strategy and operations, as well as her experience in client strategy and business development, has been honed through positions at Imprint Capital Advisors and Morgan Stanley.

Virginia's impressive background also includes a role as a Senior Consultant at Dalberg, where she specialized in microfinance consulting for WAGES (Women and Associations for Gain both Economic and Social). She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
