Vipul Mehta, a startup advisor and consultant, boasts a rich 25+ years of experience in the IT industry, as a co-founder, developer, project manager, and corporate trainer for software product development companies serving Fortune 500 customers. His startup advisory and consulting firm, Tipping Point, works with startup entrepreneurs, angel investors, VCs, angel investment networks, accelerators & incubators, HNIs, and family offices. Mehta engages with startup entrepreneurs, starting with ideation through the tipping point stage and beyond. He also takes transaction execution responsibility for investors, from investment opportunity identification to exit. Moreover, he helps IT companies with M&A of startups and their integration.

Mehta also evaluates startups and takes part in due diligence processes where angels invest. He shares his experience and provides mentoring for startups across various sectors, helps them raise funds, manage business challenges, guide them in legal and compliance matters, and show them the correct path to grow faster and in the right direction.
