Violetta Stemasova is the Director of Recruiting at Ciellos, a company specializing in Microsoft Cloud solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure. She has built a robust career in Human Resources and recruiting since starting as an Administrative Manager at Cogniance in 2006. Over the years, she has held various positions, including HR Manager at Emc-2 Software Development and Recruiting Manager at Inavante. In 2017, she founded Talentuch, a full-service HR outsourcing and advisory organization, before joining Ciellos in 2022.13
