As a freelancer, I picked up contracts from Tier 2 & 3 MR companies for their Project Management, Fieldwork and Data Reporting tasks as and when required. My clients were mostly the startups who didn't have an experienced PM in their permanent workforce but did need the services from time to time. •	Single point of contact for the on-shore Vice President
•	Manage a team of Project Managers and Survey Programming Executives who assist the onshore team with their day to day transactions
•	Provide troubleshooting assistance to both internal and external teams for both qualitative and quantitative issues
•	Work closely with the operations line managers and make them aware of client expectations and on the same hand maintain transparency with the on-shore client in terms of NS Matrix’s capabilities and capacity
•	Bridge out communication gaps between the teams through regular team meetings and on-site visits

I manage a team of Account Executives and Panel Consultants. Account Executives and Panel Consultants work closely with sales staff on pricing, feasibility checks, and proposed sample plans for client quote requests. The AEs & PCs works mainly with sales staffs that are placed out of USA and EU on proposals. Primary Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

•	Closely monitor each members performance, sharing results with management on weekly basis, collect input and agenda suggestions from Team Leads, recognizes needs/gaps, proactively suggests solutions, and takes appropriate action.

•	Handle semi-annual and yearly Performance Reviews, create team PBOs that meet the overall company goals. Track monthly progress against these goals.

•	Run weekly/monthly audits using SalesForce to ensure that all needed information is captured to properly track bid accuracy and turnaround time.

•	Handle customized training of all resources (new and current) – conducting individual training sessions and building a program and that works for all levels of experience, from new to the job market, to senior in the MR industry.
