Vineet Maurya

Dr. Vineet Kumar Maurya is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Microbiology at HNB Garhwal University, Srinagar campus.1 He holds a Ph.D. from CDRI, Lucknow and has 11 years of teaching experience along with 18 years of research experience.1 His research interests include proteomics, drug target discovery, drugs from natural products, and anti-microbial peptides.1

Dr. Maurya has an impressive academic record, having received honors such as CSIR-NET-JRF & SRF (2006-12) and GATE-2005.1 He is a life member of the Association of Microbiologist of India (AMI) and the Indian Peptide Society.1
