I helped Knowcross's team rebuild their onboarding experience from the scratch. Responsibilities included understanding objectives of their current product, rethinking user flow, writing modular client application and hooking them up with existing API's. I worked closely with lead product manager, analysts and developers to make sure their user experience and code quality get a marked upgrade.

My role varied from writing the first lines of code to leading the engineering team behind Framebench. From architecting the backend to designing the user experience I played a central role as the CTO. The experience has been invaluable and it goes far beyond building products. We built a culture which allowed everyone to be heard and the best ideas to come on top. A culture where user feedback and more importantly user behavior was closely observed and put at the center of all product discussions.
