Vincent Rouyere

Vincent Rouyere is a highly experienced IT professional with a background in Informatique from Université de Picardie Jules Verne. With a focus on project management and development, Rouyere has worked for several years at IMS Health, starting as an Analyst Programmer and working his way up to Developments & IT Manager. He then moved on to Ipsos Group as the IT Director for Ipsos France, and now serves as the EMEA IT Services Director for the company.
