Vincent Raufast

Vincent Raufast is currently the Global Head of Advisory for OCO Global, a 200-person international consulting firm specializing in advising corporate and government clients on international investment strategies.1 Prior to joining OCO Global, Vincent worked at EY for 18 years, where he was the Partner leading the location advisory practice for the EMEIA region.1 At EY, he held the position of Associate Partner and leader of the International Location Advisory Services (ILAS).2

During his career, Vincent has supported more than 300 location projects for various companies, including Johnson Matthey, Goodyear, UTC, Legget & Platt, and Haier.1 His expertise lies in advising international companies on market entry strategies and complex site selection analyses for manufacturing plants, shared service centers, headquarters, and R&D centers across global regions.1

Vincent's role at OCO Global involves working closely with governments and local stakeholders worldwide to collect and evaluate location parameters crucial for complex location decisions. These parameters include talent availability, industrial sites, access to utilities, proximity to suppliers, regulatory environment, business climate, cost parameters, and investment incentives.1
