Vincent Hampel

Vincent Hampel is the CEO and Owner of Hampel Security Consulting (HSC) Inc., a company providing critical lifesaving training to civilians, Military, and Law Enforcement personnel since March 2016. Vincent and his team are certified in various disciplines and offer comprehensive instruction on enhancing survival skills in active shooter situations. They conduct drills, evaluate and modify Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and offer Red Cross certifications for first aid, CPR, and AED operation. Vincent also provides advanced certifications for Bleeding Control (B-CON) and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) under the guidance of the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT). Additionally, as a California licensed Private Investigator (PI) with extensive experience, Vincent handles cases like skip tracing, process serving, surveillance, and more, contributing to the fight against Global Terrorism.

Vincent Hampel has a background in security, investigations, and emergency response, with a commitment to enhancing safety and preparedness in various settings. He is known for his expertise in physical security assessments, security improvements, and training programs focused on active shooter scenarios.

Vincent's educational background includes studies at Palomar College and Vista High School, reflecting a solid foundation for his professional pursuits. His experience spans from being a Private Contractor at the Department of State and Chief Executive Officer Senior Consultant at Hampel Security Consulting to his service at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security before retirement.
