Vincent Carey

Vincent Carey is a seasoned investment banking professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. His expertise lies in managing leveraged buyout (LBO) transactions with financial sponsor clients in the middle market. He has worked with clients in various industries, including branded consumer products, automotive aftermarket, general industrial, business services, wireless equipment and software, entertainment software, and specialty retail. Vincent has studied both business administration and finance at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Before joining Gryphon Investors as a Managing Director, Vincent held various executive positions at MHT MidSpan and Harris Williams & Co. He also worked as an Equity Research Associate at Thomas Weisel Partners, an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley, and an Analyst at Goldman Sachs.
