Vincent Biscaye is a highly accomplished team leader and entrepreneur with a diverse background spanning over two decades, encompassing financial services and food & beverage startups.

With over 10 years of experience in Commodity Derivatives Trading, Vincent transitioned to the Food & Beverage industry, where he spent a decade contributing to the growth of various startups.

Having successfully managed a local juice operation, Vincent went on to establish Step Two Advisors, a consulting firm supporting early-stage Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) startups.

His expertise led Step Two Advisors to become a prominent Fractional CFO company in the Food & Beverage sector.

Vincent Biscaye also holds the position of co-founder and Director of Finance at BeyondSKU, which is recognized as the first conscious accelerator program in NYC, launched in 2019.

Vincent's educational background includes a Masters in General Engineering specialized in Management of Information Systems from Mines de Nancy, enhancing his skills in CS architecture, networks, programming, and analytics.

Furthermore, he pursued a Masters in International Finance at HEC Paris, where he honed his capabilities in financial mathematics, derivatives, corporate finance, and accounting.

To augment his financial acumen, Vincent completed training at INSEAD in their Finance for Executives program.

Throughout his career, Vincent Biscaye has been associated with various reputable organizations, having held roles such as Partner at BeyondBrands, Co-Founder at BeyondSKU, and Board Member at Nounós Creamery.

He has also served in executive capacities including Chief Executive Officer at Step Two Advisors and Partner and CFO at BeyondBrands.

Vincent's vast experience includes positions such as Senior Vice President at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking - SGCIB, Energy Options' Trader, Interest Rates Structurer, Energy Trader, Equity Derivatives' Trader at the same institution.

Prior to this, he held roles at esteemed organizations like COMMERZBANK, JP Morgan Chase & Co, and BNP PARIBAS PRIVATE BANK, where he gained valuable expertise in various financial functions.
