Vince Schott is a seasoned professional with a strong background in the transportation industry. He has a proven track record of maximizing operating performance and achieving financial goals for a $200 million Transportation business catering to Fortune 500 organizations.

In his role, Vince oversees all operating activities for a 1100-tractor fleet, 1500 employees, and 13 service centers in a transportation company. He has successfully managed restructuring efforts resulting from the purchase of FFE in August 2013, including staff reorganization, merger of truckload assets, software conversion, vendor contract renegotiation, and equipment program enhancements.

Vince excels in identifying, designing, and implementing technologies to enhance financial positions by reducing operating costs and maximizing efficiency. His accomplishments include introducing a barcode-based warehouse management system, an automated scaling system for accurate invoicing, and a paperwork scanning system to streamline back-office productivity.
