Vinay Shandal is a seasoned professional who has held various leadership roles at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), including Managing Director and Senior Partner.

He is currently a key member of the global leadership team within BCG's Principal Investors Practice where he leads sustainable investing initiatives worldwide. Additionally, he spearheads the Climate & Sustainability Practice, especially in North America.

Vinay's dedication lies in driving client value while simultaneously tackling critical climate and nature challenges. His expertise in sustainable investing is widely recognized through notable achievements such as delivering a TED talk, publishing works in prestigious platforms like the Financial Times, Forbes, and Harvard Business Review, and speaking at renowned international conferences and corporate events.

At BCG, Vinay collaborates with a talented team to assist corporates in expanding their green business footprint, guiding investors in channeling capital towards climate initiatives, and advising on strategic areas such as asset allocation, digital transformation, and AI. Vinay Shandal's academic background includes a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from McGill University. Prior to his tenure at BCG, he gained valuable experience working at prestigious firms like Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
