Vinay Awasthy is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in the banking industry, having worked at prestigious institutions like Citi, Deutsche, Stanc, and KPMG.
He holds a degree in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College.
Currently, Vinay is the Managing Partner at Perigon Consiliario LLP, a firm he co-founded after leaving KPMG in 2018 to focus on providing complex financing solutions such as Structured debt, Mezzanine financing, promoter/Opco financing, and Distress/Special situations.
His expertise extends to working with private banks, NBFCs, Multilaterals, Hedge funds, PE funds, and various other classes of investors, excluding Public sector banks.
