She holds a Master's degree in Psychology of crisis and extreme situations from the National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine.

Viktoria is currently the CEO&Co-founder of BazaIT, showcasing her leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit.

With a rich history of founding and consulting roles, she has previously co-founded IT Product People, founded reteam, and worked as an IT HR&Career Consultant.

Her experience also includes roles at Skyworker, where she served as Career Consultant and Head of BizDev & Talent Acquisition Department.

Viktoria has a strong HR background, having worked as both Human Resources Generalist at Admixer Ukraine and Human Resources Manager at BM SERVICE PLUS.
